The original bow pulpit for the Miss Ellie was in rough shape, so we decided to build a new one..
The end result is fantastic thanks to the help/expertise of Harcourt, Don Riggs and Rob.

First we expoxied together 3 three pieces of 8/4 teak.. Thanks to Don Riggs for his guidance with the epoxy.

Next with Robs help.. we planed the block of teak and created a pattern on Rob's CNC machine.

The planed block of teak is placed on the bed of the CNC... ready for cutting

The first cut... Rob made multiple passes of increasingly deeper cuts.
