Today was our last full day this year, so we dedicated ourselves to the beach. It was as very tough day as you can see from the pix... beach-lunch-back to the beach, swim, beach, wait five minutes for a rain break....watch the rainbow :)

Once again we caught up with our friends from last year at the Shiggidy Shack for a few Caribs and fun. Peter the man on the left is the current British Ambassor to St. Kitss. Then Steve, the local Aussie, the tall man holding Jimmie is Brian.. he is the past police commisioner of the island. Then our Indian friend, and last but not leaset, Jane hugging the boys. We have become friends with Brian and his wife Jane. Last year they bought a lot and plan to build. She is am emergency room vet in Seattle and is trying to buy a practice in St. Thomas. She went to vet school here in St. Kitts and met Brian here. She brought along her friend Robin from Pennsylvania who also went to vet school here. Tonight is the big birthday party for Brian at Mr. X's Shiggidy Shack, so stay tuned for an update in the morning.
